Olga Voloshina, ARNP is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Washington. With over 20 years of experience in the aesthetic industry, Olga is widely recognized as one of the top injectors in the Greater Seattle area.

She is the founder of Northwest Aesthetics and Best Filler Injector, a premier training facility and medical spa known for combining advanced aesthetic care and offering expert education for nurses and doctors.

Olga has earned the distinguished title of Allergan Medical Institute Facial Aesthetics Trainer and Consultant and currently serves on the Allergan Advisory Board. Her leadership extends to her roles as the Medical Director for The Better Skin Spa, former Medical Director for NIMA Institute, and National Trainer for InMode.

Carolina’s greatest passion has always been helping others. For a decade, she has worked alongside Olga, playing a vital role in building a space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and cared for. As the Director of Operations, Carolina oversees the day-to-day flow of the clinic, ensuring that every detail—from client care to team support—reflects the high standards and heartfelt mission of the practice.

“Helping clients regain their confidence has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey,” she shares. “Seeing someone walk out feeling better about themselves is truly priceless.”

Carolina spends her free time cooking or reading a good book, cuddled with her pet Hope.
